What AniVault is

Information AniVault may collect

Google sign-in
When you use Google sign-in, AniVault receives the basic information Google provides for authentication. AniVault uses that information to match you to an existing registered account.

- AniVault uses this information to confirm your identity and start your AniVault session.
- If your Google email is not registered in AniVault, sign-in may be blocked.
How data is used
AniVault uses user data only for website functionality, security, and account administration.

- Session data may be used to authenticate requests to AniVault API features.
- Clearing browser storage or signing out may remove local preferences and require you to sign in again.
Data protection
AniVault is designed to keep account access limited and controlled by registered users and super admins.

- Super admin features are restricted to accounts marked with super admin access.

Account removal
A super admin can edit or remove registered accounts from AniVault user management.
- Removed accounts may lose access to saved profile data, watchlist data, and continue-watching activity.
- If you need an account corrected or removed, contact the AniVault administrator who manages this deployment.
Policy updates
AniVault may update this privacy policy when the website adds new account, sync, admin, or authentication features.

- Continuing to use AniVault after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
